As our mystery boxes are surprise products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on personal preferences, as the contents are intentionally a mystery.

Handmade Products

Our candles, soaps, and jewellery are handmade, which means slight variations in colour, design, and appearance may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects and are part of the unique charm of handmade products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production or packaging has not already begun.
