A Mystery Box is a carefully curated collection of surprise items. While each box includes the products listed in its description, the specific designs, colours, and extras are selected by us, making every box a unique experience.

Yes! Currently, our handmade candles are available in:

Lavender

You can select your preferred scent when placing your order.

🧼 What scent are the soaps?

All of our handmade soaps are currently scented with our luxurious Velvet fragrance.

💍 Can I choose my jewellery colour?

Yes! You can choose between:

Gold-coloured chain
Silver-coloured chain

🎨 Will my candle or soap look exactly like the photos?

Not necessarily. Colours are selected at random and may vary from the images shown. Handmade products may also have slight variations in appearance, making each item uniquely special.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

We currently ship within South Africa using:

At this time, we only ship within South Africa.

🎁 Do you offer gift messages?

We do not currently offer gift messages, but our mystery boxes make wonderful gifts for friends, family, and loved ones.

✨ Do you accept custom orders?

In some cases, yes. If you have a custom request, please contact us directly via email, WhatsApp, or the contact form on our website. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests depending on availability.

↩️ What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of mystery boxes and handmade products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
